How do I know if a tour date is available?
If a tour date is available, you will be able to select it on the tour booking page.
When must I book my tour? What is your cancellation policy?
You should book your tour at least 24 hours before the tour. If you need to cancel your tour after booking, please try to do do so at least 24 hours before the tour following the instructions in your confirmation, as many stores prepare food for an expected number of participants.
Are kids welcome on the tour?
The tour is designed for adults, but we'd love to have kids on the tour, which is why we offer children between the ages of 7 to 12 an especially low price, and free for anyone younger!
Do you have any more timings?
We may include more timings in the future based on demand, so if there is a particular timing you think we should have on our tour, tell us!
Why should I sign up for your mailing list too?

What will I eat on the tour?
It takes too much of the fun out of the tour to tell you everything you're eating, but if you really must know, ask us.
Where does the tour begin and end?
It begins near Nassau/Spadina and ends in the heart of Kensington Market on Augusta Ave. The start and end stops are a a short 7 min walk from each other.
How do I get to Kensington? Is there parking?

What will I eat on the tour?
As you can guess by the name of the tour, a variety of chocolates and chocolatey treats! If you really must know the full details, ask us.
Where does the tour begin and end?
It begins at Queen/Bathurst and ends near Dundas/Bathurst. The start and end stops are a a 15 min walk from each other, and both are conveniently located near street car stops.
Teambuy-specific FAQ
How do I redeem a tour?
Fill out your reservation on the tour booking page (min 24hrs before tour date), put your teambuy voucher number in the 'Coupon Number' field and make sure to use the promo code 'teambuy12'. Then come on the tour! You do not have to print out your teambuy voucher.
What tour dates can my groupon be redeemed for?
They can be redeemed for any regular tour date (Kensington Market Sweets Tour) as long as the tour takes place before May 31, 2013. They cannot be used on holiday/special tours .Tour dates that are available are listed for selection on the tour booking page.
